credit card fraud

Complain Detail:-> in the beginning od december i receved a calll from banreservas advising me about two transactions, if I made such transactios, 1 from une hundred dollards and another from 50 dollars, actually the bank is procceding an investigation of such case. so I do not make transaction with that card `cause is in pesos, i WANT MY MONEYBACK AS SOON AS POSIBLE, PLEASE
