Complain Detail:-> There was a call for me yesterday on 12-2-2019 the fraudulent described herself as Myntra customer care they had all my details regarding my Adress my last order my name and phone no. They told me that I have won a prize regarding my last order which I have placed some days ago which is either Samsung S9 or 50000 cash but the condition was that I have to shop for further 4000 from the same site but before 2:30pm. As they have build up my trust over them I have e shoped for 4000 and made a call on that no. They have confirmed my order by asking me my article no. As I have given them the article no. Of the product they confirmed it from their they transferred the call and said me that it's an online transaction through certain gateway and they have used airtel money for the transfer of my money they asked me my ATM details and cvv no. Written over it and asked the otp I objected about the otp but they said the order could only be placed by telling them the otp so I have told them the otp then they have. Transfered my call to further another no. He then also used the same procedure of the otp I told him about it they then ransacked my money from my account as they had my details about the card and the otp.it amounted me a total loss of 16000 rupees neither my wish list order was placed nor I have got anything and all this was done due to the details which I have provided online on the website of Myntra as that details was the base to build my trust over the website
