Cyber Complaint Support

Complain Detail:-> On 9.2.2019 at around 10:35 AM, my wife got a call from an unknown number 09558254036 and mistakenly she provided our paytm number -7799012308 and OTP details to the caller, whereby Rs. 3000 got debited from our paytm wallet at some Zingoy Rewards order id. 6075641. At the same instance we called at paytm customer care and register the complaint vide ticket no. 109099101, informing them about the transaction and asking them to stop the same. We also sent an email to zingoy.com at support@zingoy.com regarding the transaction and asking them to cancel and refund the amount vide ticket no. 217481. We also lodge a complaint at Cyber Crime Police Station, hyderabad same day at around 1.00 PM. Had paytm customer care acted quickly they should have got the transaction stopped. However, paytm customer care replied to the ticket after 2 days on 11.02.2019 stating that since the transaction is complete, they cannot issue refund and asked us to contact the merchant. Also, they denied providing the merchant details and gave us the beneficiary details as under which are fake: Name: Taliv Raza Email Id: talivraza1256@gmail.com Mobile No: 7078370123 After sending repeated emails to both paytm customer care and zingoy support, I am unable to get the refund of my amount and none of them is cooperating in getting amount back. Therefore I request your kindself to look into the above issue and for neccessary action at your end.
