Complain Detail:-> To respected sir/mam, I Stephen Fernandes want to complaint against timesnaukri.com I was contacted by Rahul Sharma (7557468965) & (9540645538) for job offer on cruise ship on 21st October 2018, he asked me to do payment for registration & CV explore international which I paid rs 5,074 the second Payment I did was security deposit on 23rd October 2018 (rs 37,983). He also mentioned I will get a refund once I join the ship. After all this payment done from their site (www.timesnaukri.com) I got a call again from Yash (9205833643) & (9319657413) he asked me to make two more payments for salary growth (5,310 rs)and international registration (12,036) on 27th Oct 2018. He said this will be reimbursed. The next day I got a call from John Peter (7303460491) & (9355643813) saying I have to pay for profile verification both which he didn't send me d invoice after payment done on 29th October 2018. After not getting my invoice & interview date for more than 10 days I told him I want to stop the process. So on 26th Dec 2018 he sent me an email from support@timesnaukri.com scheduling my interview for 15th Jan 2019 at four season hotel & shangrila hotel. I called him up & I refuse for d interview because he said it will be a Skype interview from the beginning & was suspicious about all this because he didn't send the invoices for my two payments done on 29th November & 28th December. But I have the screenshot in my phone. He told me if u want to stop the process u have to pay 18% of 1,13,000 rs which I paid 24260 rs for my refund , he also said u will get the refund in 30 days. I did the refund payment on 28th Dec 2018 but till now I didnt get any refund. I call them every day but they saying that John Peter has left the company. I asked about my refund they said u have to pay 18% to get your refund. I asked for their address they gave me this sector 43, building 120, 1st floor, near medanta hospital Gurgaon 122009. This is sure a scam. I have the invoices & conversation mails too. Please im requesting you to look into this matter. Regards, Stephen Fernandes Thank you.
