Complaint against fraudulent calls

Complain Detail:-> Dear Sir, There is a caller from the telephone number +91 6297 524 545 calling again and again and asking all details about my credit cards and pins etc. i have so far not given any details but believe this menace should stop. please tale the appropriate steps as in the last call he was using pretty abusive language as well. many thanks and regards Mrs S Mukherjee
